TEACHER TRAINING
200-hour YTT is a foundational course that provides in-depth study of yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practicum to prepare individuals for teaching yoga. The program is designed for practitioners of all levels who are passionate about deepening their practice and becoming certified teachers.
KIDS YOGA
Discover joy and fun as you connect with your child through the magic of yoga. This unique class promises to foster curiosity and deepen connection through mind-body playfulness. Perfect for children ages 3+ and their grown-ups, no prior yoga experience is needed. Bring your mat and smiles!
